Double Cone Blender

Double Cone Blender is especially used for mixing dry powder and granulates, homogeneously. The precision and contact parts of these blenders are made of stainless steel. Fill two third volume of the Cone Blenders to ensure proper mixing takes place. These blenders can be used for Pharmaceutical, Food, Chemical and Cosmetic Products.

Salient Features

Conical shape, at both ends, ensures uniform mixing and easy discharge.
The cone is balanced in the blender to avoid excessive load on gear box and motor.
Powder can be loaded into the cone through a wider opening and it can be discharged through a mucon valve or a slide valve.
Paddle type baffles can be provided on the shaft for better mixing and depending upon the product requirement.
Maximum care is taken to ensure safe operations of the unit. These blenders can also be operated by a timer.
The precision & contact parts are either made of SS 304 or 316
Flame proof motor can also be supplied, as optional device
Capacity: Between 10 Ltrs. to 5000 Ltrs.
